If you have a minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
Most item are 10-20CTN MOQ
Do I have to pay for samples?
Delivery within China is free, but shipping to other countries will incur freight fees which you need to pay
What is the production lead time for most orders?
Our standard products are typically delivered within 7-10 working days, while customized orders require 15–20 working days. However, the actual lead time may vary depending on the product type and order quantity.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, Bank Wire, Paypal, Western union.
Can I request a factory tour or virtual visit?
Certainly! We welcome customers to visit our factory. If an on-site visit is not possible, we can also arrange a virtual tour via video.
Which shipping ports do you use for exports?
Our primary shipping ports are, Guangzhou Port (Nansha/Huangpu), and Shenzhen Port (Shekou/Yantian). These major hubs allow us to ship efficiently to over 60 countries worldwide.
Do you provide assistance with customs clearance?
Yes, our experienced logistics team provides full support. We prepare all necessary export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO, Health Certificate, etc.) to ensure smooth customs clearance at your destination.
